Four Wedgwood Black Jasper Dip Items, England, 19th and 20th century, each with applied white classical relief, a biscuit jar with silver-plated rim, handle and cover, medallions of Romans on horseback between trophy motifs, fruiting grapevine border, ht. 6 1/4; tobacco jar and cover, cylindrical shape with domed top, figures within scrolled foliate frames and with lion mask and ring handles, ht. 6 3/8; bottle-shape vase with figures of Muses, drapery swags at the neck, ht. 6 1/4; and a vase with small oval medallions above floral festoons framed within columns adorned with lion masks and rings and paw feet, ht. 4 7/8 in.; impressed marks. Bottle shaped vase with firing lines to one portion of drapery swags; otherwise each in very good condition with no evidence of any cracks, chips or restorations.
