Mintons Marc-Louis Solon Decorated Pate-Sur-Pate Vase, England, late 19th century, dark brown ground with gilded handles and border designs, either side white slip decorated, one with depiction of two maidens swinging a figure of Cupid, the reverse with large cherub supported with strings to arms and legs held by groups of small cherubs, inscribed signature, impressed and printed marks, ht. 16 in. In very good condition throughout with no evidence of any cracks, chips or restorations.
