Central Plains Beaded and Quilled Hide Pipe Bag, Lakota, c. late 19th century, the soft hide form roll-beaded at the opening, the large central panel beaded on both sides with different multicolored geometric devices on a white ground, with three feather devices at the top of panels, polychrome quill-wrapped rawhide slats and fringe from the bottom, (some damage to quilled panel), lg. 38 in.
