Polychrome Painted Temperance Panel, late 19th century, rectangular handpainted panel with applied molding depicting four scenes: first a gent in a barroom, next a scene with a woman and two gents conversing with a policeman at the door, followed by a scene with a policeman leading the gent into the jail, and lastly, the jail corridor with inmates seen in the cells, (scattered losses), 25 1/4 x 37 1/2 in.
