David Bruce Brown Milne (Canadian, 1882-1953) Painting Place, alternatively titled The Colophon Edition, 1903-31, edition of approximately 3,100, fourth state of six (Tovell, 63). Signed "David B. Milne" in pencil l.l. Drypoint in green and black on cream paper, plate size 5 x 6 3/4 in. (12.7 x 17.1 cm), unmatted, unframed. Condition: Margins 1/2 inch or more, deckled right and lower edges.
