Ladies custom made composite ring with vintage top in silver, bezel and shank newer and composed of 18k yellow gold. Ring with a oval natural dark blue sapphire (approximately 0.80 carat total weight, clarity: VS) within scalloped form with 22 single cut diamonds (approximately 0.18 carat total weight, color: L-M, clarity: VS2). Unmarked but tested at 18k and sterling. US ring size 3.5. Total weight approximately 2.5 grams.
