Barkley (1877-1956), suggesting that he fill a vacancy on the Migratory Bird Sanctuary Commission, the sheet toned, slight rusty paperclip mark at the end of the sheet, two old folds, matted and framed with a portrait of Truman, 7 3/4 x 7 1/2 in., 24 1/2 x 14 1/4 in. overall.
