Cloisonne and Zitan Armchair, China, the back and arms set with cloisonne plaques depicting figures in landscapes with rivers, mountains, pine trees, and pavilions, the seat with a cloisonne plaque featuring five vignettes of figures in landscapes against a blossom-patterned ground with a lotus and ruyi border, the exterior of the arms and the apron carved with stylized lotus blossoms and ruyi -scrolls, supported on four legs set into the base stretcher, 40 x 42 x 27 in.
