Classical Mahogany and Mahogany Veneer Pier Table, probably New York, c. 1815-20, the rectangular yellow and brown-veined marble top with reeded edge, on conforming base centering a figural ormolu mount, with flanking lyres, above the yellow marble ormolu-mounted columns continuing to carved and gilt-gesso feet joined to the mirrored back and square rear feet by a concave platform, old surface, (imperfections), ht. 37, top wd. 43 1/2, top dp. 20 in.
