John Derr, Pennsylvania full stock flintlock long rifle , approximately . 55 caliber buck and ball, inscribed on the top barrel flat John Derr , with open sights, a tiger maple stock, extensive mounts of brass and German silver, including an inlaid strip on the comb of the stock and the plate on the bottom of the forend, incised rococo carving to the rear of the cheek piece, a three-piece brass patch box, and a release brass plate on the toe of the stock, 41 1/2" part round, part octagonal barrel.
